To Missouri homeschoolers, We are a group of families who are in the Blue Springs Independence and surrounding area. Some of us are new to home schooling and some of us are old pros.

Like all home school families we want to learn as much as we can about home school life and how to be the best at it so our kids will succeed and be passionate about learning.

I started this group with intentions to help others answer the much needed answers to the questions that are on all home schoolers minds and along with helping myself learn as much as I can.

i hope we will be able to provide you with all of you home school needs in the Jackson county area of Missouri.

Start out right! We will try to help you out with resources to start you on your way!

Here are a few basic tips For Educational Events:

• Check your local Libraries fall events. Most events are group by age and school grade. These are great for you and your children to attend when the weather turns cold & nasty out!
• Check you local museums and science centers for home school programs. Most are free or free to members.
• Nature centers are the best! We love all the programs they have to offer for home school or non home school children. they have wonderful events all year around.
